VIBROCONTROL 1100
VIBROCONTROL 1100 (VC-1100) has been in use for many decades and in very many applications for 2-channel measurement and monitoring of absolute bearing vibrations and rolling-element bearing condition using a standard acceleration sensor.

Its successor is VIBROCONTROL 1850 which comes with much more functionality and four measurement channels; it is mounted on a DIN rail and a field housing is available optionally (AC-2114). Another alternative is VIBROCONTROL 6000® Compact monitor which is also available in a protective housing (AC-2112).

Vibration sensors
Mechanical vibrations and impulses which occur in the machine are converted by the vibration sensors into electrical signals. Subject to the monitoring task, acceleration or vibration velocity sensors can be used.
Monitoring electronics

The monitoring electronics has two sensor inputs and performs the vibration and bearing condition measurements via two separate signal paths.

Depending on the operating mode and measurement type, cycle times of 0.25 s for single-channel and 6 … 20 s for two-channel operation can be achieved.

For each channel, two limit values for vibration and one limit value for bearing condition can be defined. The alarm relay delay time is individually selectable for each limit value annunciation.
